Terms of Service

1. Service Provision & PPPoE Connectivity

By selecting a package and completing payment via our portal, you enter into a binding agreement with VelocityNet Digital Services Ltd.. We provide high-speed optical fiber connectivity subject to the following standards:

• Broadband bandwidth is allocated based on the subscribed tier (20 Mbps, 30 Mbps, 50 Mbps, or 100 Mbps) with 100 Mbps BDIX national peering.
• PPPoE credentials remain assigned to a single subscriber endpoint and may not be resold, sub-leased, or redistributed illegally.
• Target network availability is 99.5% excluding scheduled upstream maintenance announced in advance.

2. Billing, Renewals, & Grace Periods

• Internet services operate on a pre-paid monthly billing cycle.
• Payment must be settled on or before the subscription expiration date via the /payment/ checkout portal using bKash, Nagad, or Bank transfer.
• A 48-hour automated grace period applies before the MikroTik router profile automatically suspends PPPoE connectivity.

3. Lawful Use & BTRC Regulations

All subscribers must comply with the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Act, Cyber Security Act, and telecommunications rules in Bangladesh. Unauthorized cyber activities, hosting unapproved VoIP servers, or prohibited content routing are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination and reporting to regulatory bodies.
