VelocityNet Digital Services Ltd. ("Company", "we", "our") collects personal and telecommunication information necessary to deliver optical fiber broadband services and automated PPPoE accounting:

• Customer Identifiers: Full name, physical installation address, National ID (NID/Passport for BTRC subscriber registration).
• Contact Information: Mobile telephone numbers (01XXXXXXXXX) and email addresses.
• Technical & Network Identifiers: PPPoE authentication username, assigned IP addresses (CGNAT/Public Static IP), MAC address of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE / ONU router).
• Billing & Financial Data: Transaction IDs, payment channels (bKash, Nagad, Bank). We do not store customer mobile wallet PINs or credit card CVV numbers.

2. Usage of Collected Data

Data gathered through our pricing tables and payment gateway (/payment/) is strictly utilized for:

• Automated PPPoE account creation and MikroTik RouterOS profile speed provisioning.
• Processing monthly renewals and generating digital billing receipts.
• Sending automated SMS/email payment notifications and outage service alerts.
• Complying with regulatory directives issued by the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) and the Ministry of Commerce DBID framework.

3. Data Security & Storage

All payment checkout interactions are encrypted with industry-standard 256-Bit SSL/TLS technology. Router credentials and subscriber accounting databases are sequestered on isolated core network segments with role-based firewall protection.
